Product images and descriptions

Liri takes accuracy and transparency of information very seriously, particularly when it
comes to its products. All jewellery has been photographed to ensure accuracy of
colour and proportion. Each piece is described as accurately as possible in terms of
materials used, length and dimensions, and size of gemstones and beads. This ensures
there are no surprises when you receive your piece of jewellery.

Delivery and postage

All orders will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment. If, for any reason this is not possible, we will inform you of any potential delays. If you have an urgent delivery deadline please contact [email protected] to check for the availability of the product before purchasing.

It is important that the address supplied by you to us are accurate. It is your responsibility to make arrangements to receive the goods and to collect them from the local sorting office should you not be able to take delivery in person. If you fail to collect the packet it will be returned to us and there may be additional charges to re-send it to you.

Please note that the delivery time may vary, depending on local postage services. Please allow up to 10 days for international delivery (1-2 days within Mauritius). If you require swifter international delivery, local courier services will be consulted and the cost discussed with you via email before proceeding with your order. Alternative delivery arrangements can be made within Mauritius, if necessary.

Liri’s guarantee to you

Each of Liri’s designs has been handmade with care, with only high quality materials used and passing strict quality control measures before being available for purchase. Each piece comes with a 12 month warranty but if for any reason a defect emerges before this, we will repair or replace with the same item free of charge. We will will also reimburse you the cost of posting the item to us. If a defect emerges after this period, we will repair at a small charge. The postage costs will be covered by you in this instance. 
 
We will maintain an open dialogue with you in both cases, to ensure you are completely happy with the outcome and our service to you. 
 

Returns

Liri jewellery bought from stockists is covered by the returns policy of the stockist. If, for any reason, you are not delighted by your Liri jewellery bought online from yourliri.com, you are welcome to send it back within two weeks of purchase, unworn and in its original packaging for a full refund (minus postage costs).
