Delivery and postage

Orders within Mauritius

All orders will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment. If, for any reason this is not possible, we will inform you of any potential delays. It is important that the address supplied by you to us are accurate. It is your responsibility to make arrangements to receive the goods and to collect them from the local sorting office should you not be able to take delivery in person. If you fail to collect the packet it will be returned to us and there may be additional charges to re-send it to you.

If you choose postage, it will be posted free of charge by registered post. You may also choose payment on delivery. Liri will deliver to customer addresses in the regions of Black River, Flic en Flac, Albion and Quatre Bornes free of charge. Alternatively you can pay and pick up from Oui Oui Fashion, Harbour Front Building, Port Louis, or at Pointe Aux Sables. Orders within the UK and Europe

If you are ordering from within the UK and Europe, your order will be shipped from the UK, recorded delivery, free of charge, and will arrive as per the delivery timescales of the postal service. If you require swifter delivery, local courier services will be consulted and the cost discussed with you via email before proceeding with your order. 

If you have an urgent delivery deadline please contact [email protected] to check for the availability of the product before purchasing.

Orders placed outside of the UK and Europe

If you are placing your order outside of the UK and Europe, your order will be shipped free of charge from Mauritius via recorded delivery. Please note that the delivery time may vary, depending on local postage services. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. If you require swifter delivery, local courier services will be consulted and the cost discussed with you via email before proceeding with your order.

Returns

Liri jewellery bought from stockists is covered by the returns policy of the stockist.
