Delivery and postage

Orders within Mauritius

All orders will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment. If, for any reason this is not possible, we will inform you of any potential delays. It is important that the address supplied by you to us is accurate. It is your responsibility to make arrangements to receive the goods and to collect them from the local sorting office should you not be able to take delivery in person. If you fail to collect the packet it will be returned to us and there may be additional charges to re-send it to you.

If you choose postage, it will be posted free of charge by registered post. You may also choose payment on delivery. Liri will deliver to customer addresses in the regions of Black River, Flic en Flac, Albion and Quatre Bornes free of charge. Alternatively you can pay and pick up from Oui Oui Fashion, Harbour Front Building, Port Louis, or at Pointe Aux Sables. *FREE STANDARD RECORDED SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS to Liri VIPs only (please sign up here if you wish to receive this special offer). 

*FREE STANDARD RECORDED SHIPPING on orders of $100 and above

* Orders of $99 and below will be charged $10 postage, and will be posted standard recorded shipping. 

* An international courier service is available at a charge of $25

Shipping times to each country vary and will further depend on the postal service you choose. Orders take on average 5 days to reach the UK by standard postage. If you wish to receive your item more swiftly, choosing a courier service is advised. If you have an urgent delivery deadline please also contact [email protected] to check for the availability of the product before purchasing.

It is important that the address supplied by you to us is accurate. Liri jewellery is not responsible for any import duties that you may be required to pay in your country. 

Returns

Liri jewellery bought from stockists is covered by the returns policy of the stockist.

If, for any reason, you are not delighted by your Liri jewellery bought online from www.yourliri.com, you are welcome to send it back within 14 days of purchase, unworn and in its original packaging for a full refund (minus postage costs). Please return to:
